James Reilly inspected the home I am in the process of buying. I cannot say enough good things about him. He has over two decades of experience. My realtor praised him as the best inspector there is based on experience working with him throughout his own career. Incidentally, I had found James on my own, but then my realtor recommended him as his first pick independently of that. The builder himself commended me on selecting James because of how thorough and professional he was at doing the inspection. My first impression of James immediately transported me from being a little nervous about the whole process to feeling calm, collected, comfortable, and confident in James as a person who I could trust and learn from. He found many little things that I would not have known to look for that are easy fixes and can save my house from potential problems in the future. The entire staff at Home Sweet Home Inspections is amazing!
Debbie made it extremely easy to make an appointment, even on only a few days notice. She also sent me my inspection in one business day of it being performed.
I had two different homes inspected, one with Jim and the other with Rob. Both were very professional and thorough. They both answered all my questions during the inspection and walked me through the entire process.
I'd highly recommend Home Sweet Home Inspections to anyone buying a home, especially first time home buyers who are nervous/unsure about the process.

We had a great experience with Debbie and Jim. Debbie was a pleasure to speak to - very friendly and knowledgeable. The same goes for Jim. While this could be a stressful situation his demeanor was so comforting and he was happy to answer questions and provide info throughout our inspection. I am very knowledgable about certain aspects of home repair, so I had high standards when looking for an inspector.
