Structural Only Inspections

When do I need a Structural Engineer vs. a Home Inspector?
A structural only inspection is just that. We are inspecting only the structural components, framing, foundation, etc. No mechanical systems. This inspection is perfect for foreclosures, vandalized houses, or people who will be flipping/gutting a house after purchase, where most of the systems have been or will be removed and replaced. This inspection will ensure the “bones” of the house are structurally sound and properly built.
